If you like regular, plain but extra crispy chicken wings, then this is the perfect recipe for you!
It’s also a VERY simple keto/low-carb dish that never fails to impress. It’s very easy to adapt to different sauces.
- Chicken wings
✔️Apply salt to both sides of the wings and place them in an oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (or 220 degrees Celsius in the metric world).
✔️Turn the chicken wings and salt every 30 minutes.
✔️When the wings are crispy, golden brown, they’re done!
The salt draws out the moisture and makes the skin all lovely and crispy, so don’t be shy, let the salt fly!
It takes a little over 1-1/2 hours for it to get crispy like in the photos here.
Besides hot sauce, some other ideas for keto sauces on the side are mayonnaise mixed with a little catsup, mustard, hot sauce, or horseradish.
